From January to May, the departments for Industry and Commerce and Markets Regulation nationwide handled 9,329 cases of trademark violation （up 13.01%） with a total value of proceeds of 176 million yuan （up 117.79%）. Among the cases, 8,130 （up 1.58%） involved trademark infringement with a total value of proceeds of 158 million （up 116.28%）.
